Services, Locations & Fees
The Croft CBT clinic offers CBT assessment, treatment & clinical supervision .
Most services are delivered via an online meeting platform. Both clinical research and my own experience suggest that this works just as well as in-person sessions for most people.
But I get it, some things are better discussed in person. Sometimes an in person meeting early on in therapy paves the way for a more comfortable therapy journey thereafter. I can offer some appointments at an accessible venue in Witney, West Oxfordshire.
Let's discuss this when we speak.
Please note that I do not currently accept payment by insurance companies.

Assessment
£200
Up to 90 minutes
Following an initial telephone conversation, the next step is to book a longer session to develop a comprehensive understanding of your needs. This assessment usually lasts up to 90 minutes. We will use this time to explore your difficulties in detail, and discuss broader aspects of your life such as work, family, previous challenges, and any prior therapy experiences. The aim is to get to know you as an individual, as well as understanding the issues you are seeking help for. We will begin to clarify your goals for therapy and consider possible directions for our work together.
After the session, I may take some time to reflect, before providing you with a summary outlining my suggested approach. You are then free to decide whether to proceed with therapy.
Therapy Sessions
£125/ hour online
£140/hour in person
Most therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Occasionally, a longer session may be required, and this will be discussed with you beforehand.
A complete course of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) typically takes between 10 and 20 sessions. This will vary depending on individual needs. My standard practice is to commit to five sessions following the assessment, after which we will review progress before agreeing to continue.
You are welcome to discontinue therapy at any point, although it is always preferable to discuss this together if you are considering ending earlier than originally planned. This provides an opportunity to address any concerns about the therapy process and hopefully put these right.
If necessary, I will try to assist you in finding alternative support should you feel the current approach is not meeting your needs.
